End of Phase 3 and weigh in - Day 159
Ok, I know today is actually Day 160, but I didn't have a chance to post this last night when I got home from Alizonne as I had to get to Moves & Shapers for a session.
The fantastic news is that I officially moved from Phase 3 to Phase 4 as of Day 160, with weight details being:
Current weight - 78.5kg (2.8kg loss since last weigh in) - 31.4kg total lost to date
Weight in stone - 12st 5lb - 4st 13lbs lost to date, or 69.3lbs
Weight to lose (to hit lower target of 75kg/11st 11lbs) - 3.5kg or 7.7lbs
So, the plan is to stay on Phase 4 for 2 weeks and then 1 week each of Phases 5-7, so 5 weeks left until I'm done - yay!

Weigh in - Day 146
I had my Alizonne appointment and am delighted to say I'm back on the losing trail and have managed to shift some more weight. Latest details are:
Current weight - 81.3kg (2.6kg loss since last weigh in) - 28.6kg total lost to date
Weight in stone - 12st 11lb - 4st 7lbs lost to date, or 63.1lbs
Weight to lose (to hit lower target of 75kg/11st 11lbs) - 6.3kg or 13lbs
The good news is I apparently don't have to stay on Phase 3 until I hit target weight, which I thought I'd have to. The therapist says I will continue to lost on Phases 4-6, so she is thinking I should lose another 2kg or so and then move onto Phase 4 for 2 weeks and then Phases 5 & 6 for a week each.
I also felt quite touched as we went to visit friends over the weekend who we haven't seen since Boxing Day last Christmas, which was a few days before I started Alizonne. She commented on my weight loss and how good I'm looking, especially as she's done LighterLife twice now but ended up putting all the weight plus more back on. The day after she texted me to say she's been inspired by my loss and is going back on the diet in an effort to shift her weight before her birthday in September. I'm so pleased to have hopefully inspired her, makes me even more determined not to stop now, hit goal and most importantly - keep it off!

Update - Day 134
I spoke to the doctor at Alizonne this morning and she believes based on what I've said I'm having that I'm eating the right things, but agrees that even though I was weighed at different times of day it doesn't make sense that I'm suddenly showing a 1kg increase.
Based on this we've agreed to try a few things over the next few days:
·Eliminate the permitted Phase 3 vegetables and stick to those allowed in Phase 1 & Phase 2 – which I was already doing anyway
·Have no bread or weetabix
·Have porridge oats
·Try low fat lactofree milk/yogurt, but reduce the amount I have to compensate for the fact that it isn’t fat free. If that doesn’t work then reduce daily olive oil allowance to compensate
No hard and fast answers unfortunately, but my home scale does say I’ve lost a bit at least, so it isn’t continuing to go up thankfully. Geez!

Gutted - Weigh in - Day 131
I had my Alizonne appointment tonight, and bizarrely seem to have put on 1kg! I say "seem" because it makes no sense at all given I've stuck to Phase 3 100%, so the only things I can think may be causing it are:
- When I saw the doctor it was first thing in the morning before I had had anything to eat or drink
- Phase 3 brings in wheat and dairy, both of which I am slightly intolerant to, and which could be causing my body to hold on to weight
Either way it has made me feel slightly depressed as over the last 4 months I have consistently lost each and every time - no matter how small the loss. The therapist is going to have the doctor call me on Thursday when she's in so I can chat to her about it, but in the meantime I've bought skimmed goat's milk to have instead of cow's milk, and will have porridge oats instead of wheatabix to see whether that helps. Jeez - I just can't win can I?????
For record purposes weight updates are:
Current weight - 83.9kg (1kg gain since last Thursday!) - 26kg total lost to date
Weight in stone - 13st 2lb - 4st 2lbs lost to date, or 57.4lbs
I will update on Thursday once I've hopefully spoken to the doctor

Weigh in and end of Phase 2 - after Day 126
I had my Alizonne doctor's appointment and blood work was all ok.
Weight updates are:
Current weight - 82.9kg (1.8kg loss in just over a week) - 27kg total lost to date
Weight in stone - 13st exactly - 4st 4lbs lost to date, or 59.5lbs
The best bit is I've hit Phase 2 target so officially moved to Phase 3 today (Day 127).
I still have 5.9-7.9kg to lose to hit my target weight of 75-77kg, which I need to hit before moving off Phase 3, which the doctor thinks will take me around 4 weeks or so.
Although I could phase off earlier, there's no real point as I might as well do this properly, and then move onto Phase 4 onwards in June, taking me to an end date of around end June.
After all, what's another 4 weeks after 4 months!

Measurements - after day 122
I can't believe it's been 122 days already!
So, after a few missed weeks of measurements here's the update on these:
Bust - 94cm (2cm loss since last measurements - 14cm lost in total - 5cm to go)
Waist - 86cm (5cm loss since last measurements - 18cm loss in total - 14cm to go)
Hips - 105cm (4cm loss since last measurements - 26cm loss in total - 10cm to go)
I also lost 1cm on my arms and 1cm on my thighs.
I don't have an Alizonne appointment this week, but am seeing the doctor for my monthly check-up so might ask her to weigh me, and if all goes according to plan on Thursday I will be on Phase 3 - hooray!!!
