Two months later

I had my month 2 Alizonne appointment today, together with an LPG/endermologie treatment, and the good news is that things are holding up quite well:

Current weight - 68.4kg (2kg loss since last weigh in) - 41.5kg total lost to date
Weight in stone - 10st 10lb (4.4lbs loss since last weigh in) - 6st 8lbs lost to date, or 91.5lbs

Generally happy with how things are going so far!
